Following the European Regulation 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 on the protection of personal data, which became effective on May 25, 2018, we have aligned our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy with this regulation.
The Fast Life VOF takes care of your privacy when you visit our website, and this in accordance with the stipulations below and with the applicable legislation concerning the protection of personal data. By using our website, you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal data in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Through our website, you can request information and place orders.

As a result of placing your order on our webshop, we must use your personal data to fulfill our contractual obligations regarding your order. However, if you no longer place an order through our webshop for a period of five years following your last order, we will permanently remove your personal data from our files.
In addition, The Fast Life includes your personal data in Mailchimp, in order to inform you about our activities. If you have given us your permission, we may use your personal data for direct marketing via e-mail. If you decide afterwards that you do not want to receive such emails anymore, you can have yourself removed from the distribution list by clicking on the “unsubscribe”-link in the email. We will then immediately remove your personal data from our files.
We use MailChimp as an automatic mail platform for our newsletters. We invite you to read the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service of Mailchimp.
Special and/or sensitive personal data that we process
Our website and/or service does not intend to collect information about website visitors under the age of 16. Unless they have parental or guardian permission. However, we cannot verify whether a visitor is over 16 years of age. We encourage parents to be involved in their children’s online activities in order to prevent the collection of information about children without parental consent.
